“It is a great pleasure to say it was delicious!! Roasted it on grill and was very easy to peel!! The taste was as I remembered it as a child when my grandma did it. Added onions and tomatoes and ate it with pinto beans and tortillas!! Brought back so many memories of my childhood in Colorado. Hope to buy more next year. Thanks!!”

“So when I first received my chilis there were red ones in the box and I was not able to process them for about 5 to 6 days so most of them were red by that time. I found the flavor to be delicious with strong umami hints. Just like I remember the ones sent by my grandfather in New Mexico from when I was a child”
