“Great chiles. Mild and meaty with good flavor. Chile arrived in reasonable shape with only a handful that were giing bad. Not bad fit being in a remote town in Washington state. I will order again next year.”

“We recently moved to Tennessee from Arizona so I wasn’t sure we would ever have authentic Hatch chili enchiladas again. I order 5lbs on a Sunday and they arrived on Thursday in perfect condition! We cleaned, roasted and made a batch of enchiladas, delicious! We plan to do this every year to bring a little southwest to the southeast!”

“Ordered on line had shipping orders wrong had to change. Called next day left message got called back twice. The calls where within thirty minutes after I called. Very pleased with the service I received. Will order again!”
