“Of course I Of course ( as is my habit) forgot I had pre ordered, so I had 2x as much as I thought I had ordered; that is all good. When I first meet my husband and tried the chile his mother made, it was so unbearably HOT i couldn't eat if even though I sincerely wanted to. I was called the gringa, and even my husband said "You don 't like chile. there was some chile every late summer that was delicious. My husband to me it was Hatch Chile, and said that was the best chile in the world. now we get mild and medium and both have the best I could ever want!”

“Wonderful chilis both from size and condition when they arrived - Roasted all 25 lbs setting up our summer and winter use and they TASTE GREAT. Queso Verde, salads and of course Chili Verde were the starters. Will do again next year”
