“I was a little shy to order as I so love the rellenos here at my favorite eatery in Spokane, Wa, but let me tell ya the Hatch Chile Rellenos are the best ever, I have enjoyed them so much and will for sure order again soon, TYVM.”

“The Rellenos are OK. Not as good as some restaurants. My wife doesn't eat much Mexican and was taken aback to the stem still attached to the pod.”

“I did them in an air fryer as suggested. I put them on a plate with medium green enchilada sauce and some cheese on top and microwaved until cheese was melted. They were great. I was impressed with how fluffy the batter was and I have had a lot. I highly recommend.”
