“Bought as a gift along with the red / green chili sauce, rellenos were frozen solid when received and in great condition. They just tried them yesterday and LOVED them. Very easy to prepare as well! I had some questions for customer service and called the Hatch Chili store, spoke with Daniel who was extremely helpful on the phone. Can't wait to order some for us! Gina Nicolette”

“I love the Hatch Chile Rellenos, with the Hatch red chili roast and green chili roast. The last two orders were not frozen when they arrived-there was a lot of packing but no ice. They felt cold to the touch but after refreezing were not as good as when they arrive completely frozen. Perhaps the shipping time was too long, but Hatch is such a good company that I'm sure they'll address the issue satisfactorily.”
