“I never received my order How bout a refund?”

Thank you for providing feedback about your order! We don't seem to have any record of you reaching out to us when your order was delivered. We cannot resolve an issue if we don't know about it. Upon looking up your order, it shows that UPS marked the order as "delayed" and then never delivered it. The carrier does not notify us when issues like this happen, so we do not always know when there are issues with our customers' deliveries. “All 3 packages of my tamales were frozen in a big block, I had to use a knife to pay them apart. They were very icy also, but the quality we usual get sad to say.”
