“I order several dozen of these and take advantage of the discount. I freeze them in food saver bags and they last a long time / simply thaw and I cook them in an air fryer to get crispy! Make some green chili sauce with their chopped chili’s and you’ll swear your in New Mexico.”

“For years, I purchased Chile Rellenos from TraderJoes, they were so delicious and not like any other prepared product I'd tried. In 2020 TJ made the disappointing announcement they would discontinue the product. My sister in Los Angeles suggested I try your Hatch Chile Rellenos and I couldn't be more pleased with them--better than Trader Joe's! Liz from Scottsdale Arizona”
