“I didn’t get the message that they were delivered so they sat at my gate fir 3 weeks and spoiled so I don’t know if they were good or not”

“Can't make them this good! Air fryer works well too. I always test a new restaurant by its chile rellenos! My husband tested for Carne Asada. Texans who have lived in NM know the best foods. Love the tamales and chimachungas also, will have tamales or rellenos tonight with cooking carne adovado... Cinco de Mayo is on the calendar even if I find it was Corona Beer company that started it to sell more beer based on battle where even the Mexicans defeated the French! Serving with refried beans (I add to canned cumino and cheese in Cast iron skillet. Avocado, lettuce and tomato. Cutting back on starches :)”
