“When I retired I went to culinary school so I could give back. My old job had me traveling all the time, and I had a chance to have a LOT of Rellenos,...these are as good as it gets!”

“All in all, we are quite happy with the Chile Rellenos. We have placed three or four orders. Very tasty and certainly reminds me of what I used to have in El Paso. The only drawback is some of them are smaller and not quite enough as a portion. We try to eat them as a side with an entre.”

“I love Chile Rellenos. And yours are just excellent. I could eat them everyday. Love them with eggs, having them in burrito with avocado, or for dinner as the main course.”
