“The best chile rellenos I’ve had outside of New Mexico!! I needed my fix! Just 7 minutes in my toaster oven! So good. Like freshly made. I love them so much I’ll have two for lunch w/out any sides. Just my chile rellenos!”

“I ordered the Hatch Chile Rellenos for delivery in February and as expected, they came on time and still frozen! Easy to add as a side dish to a meal or as a meal themselves; we just take out the amount we need, let thaw for 30 minutes or so, and air fry. Absolutely delicious. Will continue to order these favorites!”

“I live in a place where "green chile" consists of 90% tomatillo and 10% jalapeno. Any green chile, in any way, from Hatch, NM is welcome in my house.”

“We are very pleased with the Rellanos we received from Hatch. Our only concern is with shipping. There was only insulation in the shipping box for a three day shipment. While we ordered them in the winter and they were still very cold, I would be concerned about getting them in warmer times of the year.”
