Briefly, their customer service was great - I got a replacement order quickly and the representative was both friendly and concerned. The chile was great by the way! “The first batch I ordered was perfect everyone of them had cheese they were all fabulous thinking that I ordered them again the second batch was the worst thing I’ve ever had to eat some had no cheese others were extremely hot not what I ordered I’m very disappointed in the whole operation and I called to complain and nothing was done about it I don’t think I’ll be ordering from you again”
