“I absolutely love the chile rellenos. It took me 2 tries to perfect them. As the instructions say, fry them for 7 to 9 minutes, turning them. They became crispy and fabulous. If they are soggy, you haven't cooked them long enough. I fried them on med hi heat, if it gets too hot, turn it down a bit. FABULOUS. I will definitely buy again!!”

“I was confused about how to cook my frozen Chile replenish but once I followed directions from the great Hatch team my experience was great! I love the flavors of cheese and Chile and my husband and I often have a lunch of chicken tamales and Rellenos. It’s been particularly good during COVID when we as older people aren’t going out to eat often.”

“We ordered 2 dozen Hatch Chile Rellenos in September and just reordered 2 dozen more. They are super quick and easy to prepare (we pan fry them following the instructions provided) and so delicious topped with red or green chile sauce (or both!). We can't travel right now but we still get to enjoy the taste of New Mexico!”

“The hatch chilies Rellenos mild it is perfect, not too hot I love them. This is the third time I ordered them show you how much I like them. I will definitely order them again. Thank you. I reuse the box that you send the Rellenos in. This time next year I'm hoping to be moved to North Carolina these boxes come in handy. I bubblewrap my very delicate things and put them in the boxes. This is a win-win Rellenos and Cushioned boxes. Thank you again.”
