I am thrilled with my Hatch Chile Rellenos. They arrived frozen packed in a cooler with dry ice. I pull them out when I want one and pop it in the toaster oven and it comes out wonderfully! They taste great!

We plan to always have some rellenos in the freezer and never run out!! Delicious!!!!

These rellenos are a delight for sure. I put them in my freezer right away, then when the family was ready, I took out one per person, lined them up in a lightly oiled baking pan, and let them thaw. Then baked in a hot 350 oven for 15 minutes. Yum!
