“I am thrilled with my Hatch Chile Rellenos. They arrived frozen packed in a cooler with dry ice. I pull them out when I want one and pop it in the toaster oven and it comes out wonderfully! They taste great!”

“These rellenos are a delight for sure. I put them in my freezer right away, then when the family was ready, I took out one per person, lined them up in a lightly oiled baking pan, and let them thaw. Then baked in a hot 350 oven for 15 minutes. Yum!”
