“The rellenos are soooo delicious. I had to pre-order a second batch for myself. They are so easy to prepare. Coupled with green chile, they are a delight from my childhood. Thanks for making such a great product.”

“I had the rellenos shipped to a very good friend in Florida. I know they will arrive in good shape, because I have ordered from the Hatch Chile Store every year for many years, and I am a big fan. I'm in Northern California, a long haul from the Store. Every shipment of fresh and frozen chiles has been reliable, well packed, and in great condition upon arrival. No exceptions.”

“These are absolutely delicious and cook perfectly in my air fryer with no added oil - no need to spray them. Top them with a dollop of sour cream, Hatch Red Chile Sauce, both or nothing at all.”
