“No recommended way to heat. So, we used the oven and the taste was fine, but the batter and overall rellenos turned to mush. Next time, I'll try a hot, quick fry. What say you?”

Hi Steve, The cooking instructions are available on the product page. Here is a copy of those instructions :) From Frozen, pan fry these delicious Rellenos on the stove for 7-10 minutes, or deep fry them at 375 for approx 4 minutes in the light cooking oil of your choice. “Oh my goodness. SO delicious! We can't get good chile rellenos where we live so have been going without except on vacation to Colorado. These were just as we expected. I would suggest thawing them a bit and dividing into smaller batches. We didn't want all 12 at once and it was a bit hard to separate them when frozen. Thank you!”
