“These chiles were fantastic. Excellent condition and that great flavor I'd been missing... exactly what I was looking for but could not find fresh in southeast Alabama. I was at first hesitant to pay $65 just to be able to buy chiles to make the salsa I knew and loved from New Mexico, but it turned out to be worth every penny and then some! I'm so glad I discovered this store and will definitely be ordering more.”

“Arrived perfectly packed. I just slipped the vacuum sealed packages right into the freezer -except one, which we opened right away. We've been enjoying the chiles in sandwiches, omelettes, and quesadillas. The medium is perfect: flavorful with just the right amount of heat.”
