“Everything was top notch. I ordered the Medium heat, and admittedly, it was too mild. Nevertheless, the green chili flavor was distinct and delicious. “Very good MILD green chile. (They are supposed to be Medium, but are nowhere near that level of heat.) Wish they had more bite to them.”

“This green is excellent-arrived as stated and well packaged to easily fit in my freezer. I do wish there were smaller packaging options (not smaller order volumes) - so if I just want to use a small amount like for cheese burgers I don't have to open/thaw a full pound. This size packs is great for stew, sauce but not just throwing green chile on anything like we did when we lived in NM”

“Very happy with this delivery of Hatch green chile. This is my first time ordering green chile through the mail and I was nervous, but everything was as described, and I'm so happy to be able to add green chile to my bland New England food. The Joe Parker isn't as warm as I expected, but I was warned about that during the ordering process. I was worried that my taste buds might have lost their ability to handle the heat so I didn't want to get chile that was too hot. Joe Parkers are just right.”
