“My wife is from New Mexico and introduced me to Roasted Hatch Green Chiles, as we don't live there we can't get them then a web search turns up The Hatch Chile Store!! They roast, they peel but most importantly THEY DELIVER!!! I ordered bags of both the Mild and the Med-Hot both are great, the flavor is what we needed. Two days later two bags have been eaten, goes with pizza, burgers, eggs, toasted cheese, you name it you got it. I can't rate the quality of the chiles, the service or the delivery high enough. If you are reading this and trying to decide, just do it, you will not be disappointed and you'll be coming back. I know I will!!”

“Nothing beats a Hatch chile, and of the Hatch chiles, nothing beats a Big Jim. If you like your Chile medium hot, you'll love the heat and the flavor. “I moved from Sant Fe over a year ago and didn’t think I could get great tasting Chile online! I was so happy with this Chile. It’s the perfect heat and very good flavor. And I am very fussy about my Chile!!”
