“These tamales are delicious. I keep them in the freezer and take out a few. I have a steamer that works well. I add Mexican salsa and have a good lunch.”

“very good but could use much more filling and less masa. Easy to steam from forzen. Wish they came in packs of four instead of one large bunch.”

Hello Andrewe, Thanks for the honest feedback. Our frozen dishes (tamales, rellenos, chimichangas, etc.) are made with medium-heat chile.
