“My grandparents had an Adobe home in Placitas near Hatch.. I grew up on Anaheim too. Great memories!! I make tamales too!! Like my grandma”

“They cannot seem to organize their shipping department. I ordered frozen green chile and it was shipped with no shipping notice from the seller, no tracking notice from the shipper, and no label on the box that it was perishable. Thus, it arrived while I was traveling and although I had made arrangements to have all mail brought inside my home in my absence, there was absolutely no indication that unpacking was needed. So I returned home to a fetid mess. The store acknowledged that they were having trouble with the transition to a new shipper and they offered to resend the order, which was kind. However, at the same time I purchased an additional product (tamales and rellenos) added to the second order, which was shipped in a *separate* box. And the second box with the additional product suffered from the same original problem! No tracking notice, no label that it was perishable , and no indication for the person bringing in the packages that it should be unpacked. I travel a great deal for work, and again this package was left to rot inside my house by the person who brought in my mail- who successfully unpacked and put away the one package with reshipped green chile, because I had been given adequate info to prepare! So, buyer beware- if you can sit in front of your door or delivery location 24 hours a day, seven days a week and pounce the moment something arrives, you may as well take your chances. I need to work in a location that is not in my home, so that is not available to me as an option.. Fool me once shame on them, fool me twice shame on me. I will never order from them again.”
