“I would give them zero stars if possible. These may be the worst tamales I've ever had. They are dry and flavorless. The filling was intermittantly distributed with filling completely absent in some parts. Will definantly not buy again.”

“They arrived late, were totally thawed out, and couldn't eat them, due to not knowing how long they had been thawed out for. I sent a text message to you, including photos, per instuctions if they arrived thawed out, and never received any response. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THE HATCH CHILE STORE, NOR RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE.”

“Very disappointed in the tamales, dry, not much flavor. $75 I consider way over priced. Not being able to talk to a person, was disappointing as well. AI is not the best customer service. If you want my money, provide customer service reps.”
