“My old tamale supplier went out of business so I was looking around and found these. Familiar with Hatch products so I though it was worth a try. packaging was excellent and they communicated well about shipping. The tamales were very good and now I have a new tamale supplier.”

“I thought a bit dry, wasn’t quite as much soul in the red as I had hoped. I added my own red hatch, thanks to your wonderful chile I buy every year!!!! Based on cost versus flavor I won’t be buying the tamales again. I am a lifer when it comes to my green and red shipments! You guys are GREAT”

“There are only a few ingredients in tamales and bleached white flour is definitely NOT an ingredient! This flour is added for the masses so they have a “smooth” tamale. These tamales are not authentic and have a disgusting texture. I will NEVER waste my money again!”
