“I would prefer the traditional red chili pork tamales I received in the past from Hatch not Amigo’s in Deming. The tamales had more masa and less red chili meat than I had received in previous years. Thank you for resending the first order.”

“Sent as gift - Brother and family loved them. He was born and raised in NM; I lived there from 4-40 so we grew up roasting Hatch chili for the freezer every Labor Day. Until you move, you don't appreciate how great it is to deal with people you grew up with.”

“Until last year we were life long residents of NM.My initial review was a 3 star because I thought the tamales were not as good as I had eaten in NM. I did not expect the company to respond but they did. They sent me another dozen to let me try a different batch. The new dozen were very good! The masa tasted great as well as the flavor of the meat/red chile. I am extremely impressed with the customer service of this company. The service and shipping was great.”

“I love these tamales. They are what I grew up eating. By that I mean the shape of the tamale as well as the ingredients . I grew up not far from the city of Hatch. Feels like home”
