“When they arrived with my rellanos, the packing ice was completely melted and everything was HOT! For safety, I disposed of them both. I kept my roasted Hatch peppers and immediately put them in the freezer and have yet to try them. Poor method of shipping and dangerous. My late summer order of roasted red Hatch peppers was put on RUSH shipping. This order didn't offer this and should have.”

“I love these very New Mexico tamales. I grew up in NM and was used to a particular shape and filling. When I found Hatch tamales I was over joyed. They are expensive. But I am getting consistent quality every time. They are great tasting and I like having them in my freezer to grab for lunch or a dinner. They are becoming.a staple no longer a “company only” food. You will love these.”
