“I really enjoyed receiving the chilies. The only hiccup I encountered was when I was trying to dry the chilies. I have never tried to dry large chilies that were already red. Red chilies have more water in them, making them heavier to thread on string or sewing thread. The thread kept breaking. I finally did use the fishing line. But being heavy and i live in a humid climate, the chilies didn't dry very well, so i put them on the lowest temp in my oven and dried them that way. Next year, i will order green chilies. The chilies I ordered a few years ago. Dried very well. I still have some.”

“I ordered Big Jim Red. Most of the peppers were a lot smaller than the green chilies I got earlier in the season. I was going to use them as red relents but had to pivot and use as sauce. I probably will not order again.”

“These chiles arrived fresh and firm. They were moderately hot as advertised with a delicious chile flavor. I roasted, peeled and seeded them the day I got them. They are frozen in one pound bags to be used in chili. Excellent product from a reliable seller.”
