I enjoyed this with Korean inspired tacos that were heavy on the Gochujang and I added Kimchi as a topping. This sake more than stood up to the challenge. The nose is rice forward, but back end is slightly sweet with some umami notes. This drunken whale was an excellent pairing for some strong flavors.

Sweet and dry with light floral taste. Each sip finishes with just enough acidity to open the back of your tongue and throat. Great with salty squid snacks.

It is a light, dry, and clean sake. I've enjoyed this cold and would be my well-rounded sake to enjoy with any meal. A must-have for your bar or for your next purchase.
