It's only been two weeks but so far the people using it in the Gym are pleased with it's performance. It is built well.

Substantial construction with bearings on the swing arm. Seems to hit me mostly in the lower back. The reverse hyper was invented by Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell for those of you who do not know. For an old man like me, it’s a very good exercise for a number of reasons. The only con is it’s a large and very specialized piece of equipment. I have only had it a short time and already intuitively see and feel its benefits.

For being the lighter version of the reverse hyper I think it’s a very solid piece of equipment. Assembly was simple following the online instructions. Nice job Titan keep up the good work

I purchased this to help my 50+ year old carpenter lower back. I'm not exactly sure how or why this machine works but it absolutely does. It is truly amazing how well this relieves lower back pain. The machine itself is extremely well made, they call it an economy model, not sure why, very sturdy. Directions can be found on the website and are spoty but good enough.

I really love this machine and am so glad I purchased it. After experiencing minor lower-back soreness for years, regular use of the Economy H-PND appears to have cured me. This particular machine is built like a tank and I experience no wobbling while using it (unlike other reverse hyper machines out there for sale). My only complaint is that it took me about 3.5 hours to assemble it. I’m a fairly handy guy and have an extensive set of tools, but it still was a major project to get the thing put together. But once it was built, I could not be happier. Get yourself a Economy H-PND and get your lower back strong and healthy!

It is built well and is very sturdy for a “budget” addition for a home gym. I’m 6’2” 305lbs and it works perfectly for me.

I bought this for my home gym. It is sturdy, and the material covering the pad seems to be really good at managing the sweat. I typically use a couple of 45s on each side, and it seems like I could load it up really heavy if I wanted to, and not break anything.

How this thing is economy is beyond me. It looks like a chair for a giant!! It is very sturdy. I have to think that the weight rating on this is very under valued. You cannot go wrong with the piece of equipment.
