The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

“very happy with the reverse hyper. people hate on it b/c space-killer, but it's more important than it gets credit for. who doesn't need a strong lower back, esp as we age? not overloading, full range of motion, get that de-compression going. flywheel has a grease fitting so machine should be great for a very long time. i like better than Westside/Rogue Scout bc more stable, plus my wife will use this one for the peach and there's no way she's gonna set up a fold-up space saver. odd there's no instructions whatsoever. no youtube link, nothing. i had to watch cool-car-guy put his together on youtube. he guided me through it. thanks Cool Car Guy. And thanks Titan. very good gear.”

“Beyond impressed with the quality of the equipment for an “economy” bench. Years of construction and golf have been hard on my back and left with disc bulging at L4-S1 that seem to act up every year and leave me tight and forward flexed while walking every morning. I have been diligent in the last week about doing my exercises on the bench in the morning and the evening and I can’t believe how much better my back feels. Less tight. I stand up taller in the mornings. The dull ache and tingling in my legs has STOPPED. It literally stopped after two days and my golf swing feels so much more fluid. I do a bunch of glute strengthening and nerve flossing as it is but THIS bench has taken my relief to a whole other level. Maybe it’s placebo effect but there are things about my symptomatic improvement that I haven’t seen in years. I can easily bend over and touch my toes now in the morning where I used to only get down to mid shin when I woke up. I love this bench for what it has done for my quality of life. If I started my home gym all over again (and I have a ton of stuff), this is the first piece on the list purely based on maintaining my spine health and longevity. It won’t replace my regular back and mobility exercises but it clearly has been the missing piece. Thank you TF for offering an excellent piece of equipment at an excellent and competitive price!”
