“This flosser is excellent in removing food debris from between the teeth however the UV feature stopped working after 2 weeks. So I can’t sterilise the water before use which is the main reason I bought it.”

“Unfortunately the UV part on my latest flosser stopped working. I let Customer Service know and they immediately replaced it for me.
I really love this water flosser and feel it has improved my gum health tremendously so would hate to be without it.
