“I have upgraded from the original Spotlight water flossed. This new model has a much larger resovior and is easier to fill. Occasionally I do have difficulty attaching the resovior after filling as it is difficult to find the right thread but am getting used to it.”

“Seems like a decent flosser, have used plenty of them and they mostly broke over time. The UV light broke about 2 weeks into use but it's not a feature i care about massively. Time will tell if the rest of the functionality will live very long.”

“This is my second Flosser from you as the UV stopped working on my original model. Sadly the same has happened again. I was about to get in touch with you to report this. So disappointing as I really like this model and the fact the UV keeps the inside from accumulating black mould. What is your view please. I would love to give you more stars but cannot because of the above reasons.”
