“One of my lines had an issue sending texts, while the user could send texts just fine. US Mobile support was able to send a replacement at no additional costs, and this was able to address the texting issue! Glad support is so responsive and can fix most things right away, or in this case in the time it takes to ship a sim card.”

“If my USMobile service is a "starter kit" I never knew that. But it is just what I need. Good rate for one single phone that I don't use very much. My ISP (a cable company) is hounding me to switch to their cell phone service, but they don't tempt me a bit. They can't believe that I have no use for a plan that only discounts for two phone lines.”

“If I'm not using WiFi, I get nothing. I pay for a data plan that doesn't work. I am looking for a different carrier because of this.”
