First, I'd like to relay, most of my interactions with most of your staff is good. There were a select few who have made me close the conversation on the app but for the most part, I've had good interactions WITH HUMANS that have hearts. I've had lengthy conversations with Arsalan Shariq who has been more than helpful. It's just that he is up against a wall when customers call in about service that doesn't work. You tie his hands because he can't do anything more for me & I'm not willing to do the same thing repeatedly. YOUR SERVICE HAS TO CHANGE in order for anything different to occur to keep customers. I've written several detailed emails to one of your management team members, Shariq, so you can read about everything that is wrong with your service. After I'm healed from my 2 surgeries, we plan to go with a different network provider even if it means paying a bit more. For the majority of the time, we can't make OR receive phone calls & we can't send or receive texts. EVEN IF WE HAVE THE PHONES ON WIFI CALLING FUNCTIONALITY, THEY STILL DROP THE CALLS & HAVE GARBLED / CUT OUT WORDS OR A SYNTHESIZED VOICE OR THE NETWORK SAYS, "NO NETWORK AVAILABLE, EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY" -- NO KIDDING, THIS IS WHAT THE PHONES SAY EVEN ON WIFI CALLING CAPABILITY!!! No, I won't upload any more pics, no I'm not wasting any more time trying to convince you that your service doesn't work, no I'm not going above & beyond since I pay for service that barely functions. Really, the only time the 2 lines work - IF they work - is on WiFi calling & that's only barely some of the time. I expect to only have a few more months of physical therapy & then I have some other stuff that needs done medically & then we'll be switching - hopefully sooner rather than later. I would love to remain with USMobile because of the price & the representatives. FURTHERMORE, I WAS GOING TO REFER MY FAMILY but I can't with all the trouble we've had + my mom & dad are elderly & they have trouble working the phones they have service with from a big name co & They don't need the extra stress of dealing with needing to get a new kit, input new internet data APN codes in, turning phn on & off, switching technical stuff inside PHN, etc. They just need a PHN that works on service they can rely on. For me to justify paying for ANYTHING, I'd have to be getting a RELIABLE SOMETHING worthy of me spending time & money on & since time & energy is also money, I'm spending way too much energy, too much time & even more money on a service that isn't going to change. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly & I'm not going down this rabbit hole any further. As soon as we can, we'll be saying goodbye to USMobile. Thank you for employing nice people that have human hearts & thank you for employing Arsalan Shariq as your manager. As a customer, he was really helpful to us but you're wasting his talents keeping him just at the managerial level. I would hate for his wings to be clipped simply because upper echelon wants to take advantage of his superior-grade talents & skills. Let him fly so he can do greater things for the company & his customers.

Extremely easy to set up. It saves me a fortune on wireless. I don't need to have internet access on my phone 24/7 because everywhere I go has Wi-Fi. I pay for 1 gigabyte of data on my plan to have just in case of an emergency, or to use maps when I'm traveling, and I never even come close to using it. I don't know why anyone would need unlimited data on their phone unless that's the only internet service you have.

I'm so glad I found US Mobile. The starter kit had everything I needed, and was easy to do. Plus their customer support is amazing!
