“I have a feeling that I need to change a SIM kit as I do not see 5G network. I live in Morgantown, WV, 26505, and there should be 5G. Should I change the sim card?”

“The first time I used your starter kit I had trouble punching out the SIM card, so I ended up damaging it due to my inexperience. Your customer service representative was very kind and sent me another one. I have had excellent help from your representatives anytime that I have called.”

“a lot of times when I send a text msg it comes up network is unavailable and it makes me very nervous! but accept that is it very good!!!!”
