“I think the starter kit had everything that I needed to get started with and it had very good, easy to follow, instructions. I remember when I first joined them back in March of 2021 it was so easy, simple to activate my line with them. In fact the only thing that took long was just getting my port out info from the other carrier. But once I had that it was less than 10-15 mins and I was good to go. I truly love US Mobile. My only regret with them is just one: why didn't I know about them sooner so I could've switched and been with them for years?I love US Mobile. If you have good Verizon coverage wherever you live then without a doubt US Mobile is the best mobile carrier out there.”

“I like my service but sometimes I get poor reception and my phone cuts out. What can fix that? I have good internet but sometimes it does better outside where there isn't even internet. This isn't just at one location.”

“Setting up service was relatively easy. I did need to troubleshoot a little to port to eSIM from the physical SIM kit, but it all was mostly seamless”
