“Pretty good and very economical phone service. I can't get visual voicemail to work and have trouble sometimes accessing the internet away from wifi networks, but neither of those is a dealbreaker for me. And I'll get around to asking customer service at some point!”

“Great service, simple to sign up and use. I only have a few complaints. First, they still follow the large telecom model of charging fees for tethering on some plans. If I'm paying for my data usage, why should I be charged to connect to my tablet on occasion? Charge me for the data I use, and mind your own business about how I consume it. Second, there is little difference between pooled data plan costs vs individual basic lines. With 3 lines, I should be saving more money with a pooled plan with less data than 3 individual 15GB lines. Fix those items and you are far ahead of most other pre or post-paid options!”
