“These are sold alongside the ebony matt black with the image of a chequerboard floor - indicating that the two tiles from the same range and should be compatible for laying as a typical chequerboard or harlequin floor. They are also sold and described as being identical in size to each other. So, how misleading and disappointing it was to have them delivered safely on a pallet, only to discover the white tiles were significantly bigger in size than the black. The tiles are not rectified but this should not matter and the difference should not be noticeable in tiles claiming to be from the same line and being marketed in this way as part as a chequerboard set. The difference is not a matter of a milimetre or two either, but is quite clearly visible to the naked eye immediately with the tiles side by side. If I have been sent two different batches then it's impossible for me to tell this from the packaging which is paper thin and shows they are simply cheap imports with a completely different brand name to that on the website. It's also even more impossible to spot a problem is sizes like this before a delivery driver departs. But then why should I have to? why would a reputable tile retailer like Walls and Floors send a paying customer two different batches in the same order. As an online customer I should not have to take problems like that on myself either.”
“Tiles are amazing but the driver didn’t help me to bring the tiles onto my flat . They were very heavy and it took me about an hour to bring in 4 boxes from the kerbside . I was also then left with a pallet to dispose of .”
Hi Christopher.

“I was really excited to see these tiles installed. What a disappointment. I ordered white tiles, but once up on the wall, they’ve got a grey/blue hue. It’s too late now as they adorn 3 walls in my new bathroom. Gutted doesn’t describe how i feel. I’d never pick grey or blue so to have this result is really upsetting. I saved up for ages for new bathroom and dislike it!! AVOID these tiles if you really want white!”
“This was the best of the three samples I received, but at just shy of £100 I expected better.
Multi width, as far i can tell from the sample it is only two different widths of slats.i was hoping for more variation.”
