“The tiles themselves are very stylish and great value. The only thing was when I opened one of the boxes, three of the tiles were broken and unusable. As I was not at home on delivery day and didn't open them until yesterday, it was too late to put in a claim. However, I think as you recommended extra for wastage I should get by.”
“Don’t bother ordering as the company lies first order went missing then after a review I got a call of Josh saying it would be sorted in the morning don’t worry I will call you with eta the the day came no deliver and Josh was on a day of they just fob you of hoping they can string you along just refund my money and I will pay a bit more but will get what I have paid for”
“Nice tile but not for the project we are currently working on. I do however wish to say what SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE I was given. Nothing was too much, the staff, in particular Alix were so helpful. They get 10/10. It would be nice to receive a review request on customer service as well.”
