“One panel arrived broken .have contacted costumer service and been told that I should check all 10 boxes in front of courier , which is impossible as its take so much time ! Been offer just half price refund , not good for me at all !the sticker on the box said I have 24h to raport any problem .not happy!”
“So far this has been the worse product introduction, haven’t used the panels as yet, but the whole delivery process and courier used was terrible , the crew ripped open the packaging and left the scene as if it was Christmas morning present opening!
I will be formally complaining to the retailer!”

“Didn’t do what it needed not as strong super grip as I hoped and required. I had to go out and purchase a stronger adhesive which then did the job fantastically”
“Would be 5 as the tiles themselves are beautiful however not 5 star as on both deliveries tiles were smashed in my order and I’m not being refunded for furthermore they turned up 45 minutes after the latest delivery time. So will never order again from here. Not an enjoyable order.”
