“I love the tiles. But they arrived in such a bad state 24 tiles survived out of an order of 405. The boxes were water damaged. tiles were chipped, broken wholes boxes were split into multiple pieces. I can't image what happened to the pallet? I had to take another day off work to wait for the delievery as no time slot could be guarenteed for the re-delievery. Customer services told me due to the nature of ceramic tiles some times they get broken on delievery. Would not order tiles from them again as it wasn't worth the hassle and time lost.”
“Possibly the worst grip adhesive I’ve ever used, even after 24 hours it wasn’t dry and it did even stick the wall panel to the prepared wall, I use stick like sh*t 15min rapid set grab adhesive from now on.”
