“The tiles would have been really lovely if they had been packed properly (not just in paper and a box) and if they hadn’t arrived in pieces. I’m really disappointed with both the retailer and the delivery company. On the plus side, the full refund was processed quickly.”
“I ordered 16 tiles - I needed 6, minumum. The first batch all had weird lines printed across them which was not in the picture on the website. I had a replacement order sent out by Walls & Floors, and in some of the replacements you can still see the lines (although more faintly on these tiles). I have 6 tiles that are good enough to use and the design is lovely but I think there is a fault in these batches and if you're ordering them I would suggest you leave lots of time to check them and have replacements sent, if necessary.”

“The actual lights are amazing however the sticky tape on back is just not strong enough and all light fell off within 6hrs. Had apply some glue to back. Let hope that works”
