“Just ordered a sample. Quality is really good but didn't like the colour it didn't look like the picture . I will keep looking for the right fit to match my bathroom”

“My partner made sure he was in the house ready to take delivery, driver did not knock. Apparently he left the parcel outside the house in the pouring rain. This parcel is no where to be seen, no one is getting back to me and because I wrote “should no one be home please leave by bins” should no one be home (obviously do not leave it outside if it was raining as it is a wood type product) walls and floors are not interested and will not help me even though my partner made sure he was home to take delivery. We are now nearly £300 out of pocket”

“We haven’t had the tiles installed yet but delivery was an issue. We were advised we would receive the tiles between 7am and 9pm and would receive a call 1 hour beforehand.
Low and behold a very loud delivery truck arrived outside our house at 6.10am with no advance notice waking everyone in our house up and no doubt some of the neighbours. The tiles were then dragged half way up our gravel drive causing even more noise and left there with no knock on our door/ acknowledgement from the driver as to what had just been delivered.
I am hopeful the tiles will look lovely but delivery could have been better.”
“delivery was fine, unfrotunately a few tiles were broken in the middle of the pallet, didnt find them till later.
there is an issue with colour differences of the tiles. out of 145 tiles at least x10 were totally different in colour. The floor layer installed them, i have requested that they are removed and replace, sorry for the poor quality photo but you can see the difference.”
