“Unfortunately the colour of the panels is different to the colour of the sample. The sample was a cooler colour and that's what we needed for our room. We specifically ordered a selection of samples from.different retailers to get the right colour. Customer service were responsive and polite but have only been prepared to offer a refund on the basis we arrange and pay for the return. That's going to be a faff and probably quite expensive so we are going to have to keep them and stain them. Not what we wanted to have to do. The quality appears to be quite good, so 2 stars for that. We are, however, disappointed.”

Courier text time and day delivery but it never came that day or day after. I paid £25 for 24 delivery .
Still had nothing regarding compensation back they said I would receive”
