“The tiles look nice - BUT - a word to the wise:
Measure VERY carefully... you won't be able to do any returns (the weight makes it impractical) and if you need any extra you'll have the std £30 delivery fee (as I found for my 1 box extra that was needed). If you can find somehting similar in a shop the added flexibility you will gwt really helps.
Also - if still minded to buy online... keep an eye out. They have regular sales. I was super unlucky and missed 25% off just after ordering. That sale finished, then came back and then just finished before my extra box - but clearly just unlucky timing.”

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the return process - we do accept returns within 30 days from delivery; however, Customers are responsible for arranging transport and insurance of the goods.
In terms of our prices, they are subject to change whilst the products are retailing on the website.

“Poor excuse of a sample. You couldn’t see what colours were in it because it wasn’t large enough. When I uploaded to customer service there solution was that I can buy a full size sample if I want. No your samples should be an actual sample, not a scrap of a tile. You obviously don’t want my custom”

“Nearly every corner was broken, not sure if its because delivery driver turned up late and then left outside stood up or was damaged prior to packaging but regardless only 1 didn't have damage out of 5!”
“The tile sample I received was very useful. The sage green was a suitable match but not the peach shapes in its background that are not evident in the website photos”
“Unfortunately the colour of the panels is different to the colour of the sample. The sample was a cooler colour and that's what we needed for our room. We specifically ordered a selection of samples from.different retailers to get the right colour. Customer service were responsive and polite but have only been prepared to offer a refund on the basis we arrange and pay for the return. That's going to be a faff and probably quite expensive so we are going to have to keep them and stain them. Not what we wanted to have to do. The quality appears to be quite good, so 2 stars for that. We are, however, disappointed.”
