“I have no problem with the product. But it has taken four attempts to get the tiles delivered with out them been broken and a different delivery company before I finally got tiles delivered that I could use.”
“Tiles were just what was ordered. Delivery was appalling yes the snow delayed things, no objections to that but 3 days after the snow had started to go an e-mail to schedule a new delivery date should have been given, not told oh they will be delivered today, take a day off then they don’t turn up, then they say oh it could be next day or the day after, so more time off then they appear at a time when I would have finished work , so no need for day off. Does not give me confidence to order anything else.”
