“Delivery was cancelled at 2k clock in the afternoon struggled to get through had to cancel order as I was going for work abroad the next day and it took them 6 plus days to get my money back, W&F should have redundancy built into there delivery system as this was not free delivery person on the phone couldn’t have cared if this was a inconvenience”
“Tile arrived broken, we noticed immediately and sent it back with the delivery driver that delivered it. Requested a refund that never came. Had to buy another tile as urgently needed to finish job.”
“They had to be white, however the red terracotta under the white glaze is transparant and tne tiles look a bit pinkish. Put next to the white gloss metro tiles the difference is striking. Very good tile, very nice form, just the glazing needs to be thicker to be perfectly white.”
“The tiles themselves are fine but totally dissapointed with the delivery! After paying a whopping nearly £27 delivery charge, they weren't even delivered on the day they were meant to. Total extortion!!!”
“Really lovely colour but very delicate - the first batch we ordered were smashed during loading and had to be repacked and sent. When we received the second batch, many were smashed or chipped and almost all of them are covered in a hardened glue that takes a while to scrape off. Such a shame as the product itself is lovely.”
