“I ordered 11 of these tiles all of which were damaged and unusable. Sadly I only looked at the top tile when they were delivered and it looked fine so I didn't open the box and discover that the 5 underneath it were broken in a jagged unusable way. More annoyingly I wasn't in a position to need to fix them for a month so the company refused to compensate for a completely unusable purchase - unfit for purpose at point of receipt. Really unhappy.”

“Ordered and paid for a sample which arrived very quickly (next day) within an hour of receiving the sample I tried to place the order for the number of tiles I needed but they were no longer available or even advertised on their website. Completely pointless and a waste of money on a sample when you cannot order less than 24 hours later!”
“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, The Tiles I ordered looked nothing like what was shown on the site. I was then instructed by customer services (Ciara Banks) who was particularly rude saying it was my fault that I hadn't ordered a sample and therefore I had to Pay the £52.38 to have the tiles costing £92 picked up. I wish I could upload a photo of the tile I received to show how completely different it is to that advertised and i've had to pay all of this money to send them back. I never usually write reviews but on being asked by an automated email I felt I had to warn others, please don't waste your time or money.”
