“Although the tile sample was fine and arrived well packaged it took far too long to arrive (well outside the 3-5 working days delivery time, so bought elsewhere.”
“Disgusting service. I ordered the white sparkle tiles when they arrived all the boxes had the same barcode number however they were all different shades of white. I called customer service and they did not want to know. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !!! APAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE I AM TAKING THE MATTER FURTHER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“most of the tiles had chips on the corners so i had to have them cut down which is what i didn't want...couldn't send them back as i had booked the tiler and if i did send them back i couldn't get him back for a month as he's a very busy man....disappointed”
