“I held off on buying refills for my unit because I thought maybe my original cassettes were malfunctioning. These sets have also been wildly inaccurate when compared to my standard water testing equipment. They are inaccurate not just on chlorine and PH levels but swing wildly from day to day while my manual tester remains rock solid. The product idea is great and I want to love it but it just doesn’t and hasn’t ever performed well at all. Expensive lesson learned.”

“They readings are very useful to keep my pool water quality looking better than ever. I really like the recommended treatment suggestions so I know how much acid to add, for instance. I can now keep my water looking better than my pool service which I dropped and saving $150/month.
I also use a pool robot now (Aiper Scuba S1) to clean the bottom and sides, which in addition to WaterGuru allowed me to save on pool service.
Only problem is that the C5 cassettes were constantly out of stock, so I couldn't get readings for a week or two while my pool quality was degrading. However, I was able to get a 3-pack of C5 cassettes when I called to complain. They're working on getting a steady supply.”
