“The battary couplings were loose and the product did not work. It also did not fit the skimmer properly. There would have been a gap between the unit cover and the box that is flush to the ground.”

“I manage a large mobile home community in California and due to regulations on having to monitor the chemicals and temperature in the pool this is the best way to be in compliance and the ease of use is a definate bonus not to mention it is cheaper than hiring a pool company to come every day!”

“Pleased with ease of install and the product quality, not impressed at all with the accuracy just yet. PH says low as well as alkalinity, but when drop tested its perfectly fine. We also have a chem pump that monitors readigs and it too shows the readings as fine”

“Great product to help manage your pool system. So far this has done a great job monitoring the critical chemistry of the water and it has definitely made the workload a lot easier. I don't have to do water samples and take them to the local pool company. I was so impressed thst I just order a second one for another pool at a property I manage. I did need the square adapter plate on the first pool and it fit great. Make sure that you follow directions on the placement on the reader in the skimmer.”

We understand the wish for the cartridge to last longer than 30 days. The WaterGuru SENSE is designed to test your pool water daily to help you stay ahead of any issues, and once a cartridge is inserted and exposed to water, the countdown on its lifespan begins.
For the C5 cassettes, the testing pads are designed to last up to one month due to the nature of daily chemical exposure. For longer-lasting options, our C2 offers up to two months of use.
