“The sense 2 has been ok but alkalinity and cya readings are off compared to a pool supply analysis. Plus the sense 2 cartridges are out of stock making it worthless and a waste of money. I'd be happy if I could get cartridges and all readings were correct!”
“Love the idea of the product and it is helping us maintain chemicals. The cassette say they last 29 days but the app says it will need to be replaced sooner than that.”
“It failed within the 1st three days of having it. Customer service was supposed to send a new cassette, and did not. Contacted them once again, and returned the product. They did at least issue a prompt refund. I will not recommend or re purchase.”
“No matter how much chlorine I put in my pool this Water Guru always says it's very low. The other reading seem to be acurate. The absolute worst thing is that you have to replace the cassettes every month. If I had have know that I would never had bought this thing. I just ordered new cassettes and they even changed for shipping. This thing is a scam and a half. Don't buy!!!!!!”
“We love the SENSE S2 for the most part. We have been using it for 23 days & unfortunately are not able to purchase new C5 cassettes due to lack of availability which deems the product unusable for our needs. This is confusing to me when they offer combo pack of cassettes which include one C5 & two additional cassettes which measure fewer levels and are not worth it for our pool chemistry. Very frustrated & reconsidering this entire purchase at this time.”
