This device saves me time by handling the daily testing needs of my pool. The app is helpful when estimating what chemicals I need to add to keep the water balanced. I do wish there was an easier way to edit the desired parameters as opposed to needing to edit them from the web. The results are quite similar to my Taylor test kit so I am comfortable relying on this. Note that WaterGuru still recommends testing additional parameters once a week.

I installed the replacement Sense 2 about a week ago without any problems. So far it is connecting with my wifi signal and giving me readings daily. I will keep monitoring it a while longer before I will say it works great, only because the original Sense 2 worked fine for about a month before it started misbehaving.

I really like this, it works great.  Took a few tries to get everything adjusted, but this provided excellent advice. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that it requires cartridges.  Not a problem but I must have missed that part in the overview of the product.   But it makes sense considering the test requirements.  All in all, I'm very happy and look forward to seeing how it works throughout the summer.

The system keeps giving me “low flow” in the skimmer warnings because, I think, the device is blocking the skimmer. It’s floating and causing a bad reading. Is there a way to stop or correct it. Otherwise the device may be a problem and unusable

Recently purchased the sense s2 and it operates like expected. The only problem is that there seems to be no customer service. I ordered the adapter later realizing that I didn’t need it. When I reached out to see how I could return the unused adapter I got nothing still to this day a month after purchase nobody has responded, which makes me wonder if something goes wrong with my sense S2 I’m stuck with a $300 paper weight because I won’t be able to reach anyone.

I've had the S2 for one week now and it's definitely made my life easier. I was overwhelmed by the chemical test kits (put 5 drops in, then another 5, the add as many drops as required to make the color change...seriously test kit companies...make it easier). The S2 tells me what to do and is easy to understand. I'm not looking to changing out cartridges and do think it's a bit pricey but I'm willing to pay for easy to use and understandable.

Unit worked well for almost a year, but, failed recently. Contacted Water Guru, went through some tests, determined it needed to be replaced. Water Guru replaced with new unit without any resistance at all. New unit came, and back to easy maintenance and service.

Just purchased a sense 2 for my pool. Setup was a cinch and seems to be working well. Had a couple of questions prior to purchase and tech support responded immediately. Very good customer service. Just ordered a second unit for my hot tub.
