“I purchased the solid door version during the $1 shipping Special. Great Communication from order thru delivery. Took about 3 weeks to get the delivery call from AM Home delivery. Delivery was very smooth and they called 30mins prior to arrival. They palced the unit where I desired and removed all the packaging. I waited the 48 hrs to plug-in to allow the Freon to settle. Leveled unit ; cleaned the 3 shelves .. Shelf placement needed some planning based on bottle sizes but after 45 mins the shelves were set and I loaded my Champagnes. fwiw : each shelf hold 8 bottles (750ml) and a Magnum will also fit horizontally if needed. The bottom rack can stack Champagne bottles but not the shelves (per manual) . I am very Happy with this purchase and the Customer Service provided. Unit is very quiet and temp stays as set and humidity is perfect without using the enclosed humidity pad. As we all know you always will outgrow the storage but for now this was exactly what I was looking for. Highly Recommended.”

“I love the shelves on this one. It's super easy to switch back and forth between maximum storage and displaying some of the bottles (horizontally). The first unit that I received was making a lot of noise. The customer service was great, and I ended up getting the unit exchanged without any hassle. Will keep supporting WE.”

“Was suprised how much larger (bulkier) this unit is when in front of you. It does a great job keeping my wine at 12C and is quiet as a mouse. My recommendation to WE: Be sure your delivery team understands the proper set up procedure for these machines. They represent a sizable investment to some of us.”
