Very reliable wine storage unit. When I retired I bought a second one and have fun filling it for future enjoyment. My first one- same model/style- is now 10’years old and going strong. The easy rolling racks are important so make sure you get that model and not the wooden shelves.

Looks elegant in our kitchen and great upgrade from a smaller, older unit that finally gave out. We look forward to many years of enjoying the wines in our new cellar.

I really think the fridge is a beautiful piece to put in any house, it can go with pretty much any style. The 2 main complaints I have is that it doesn't run quiet. It puts off a general low pitched hum that I can here from 2 rooms away. And the light feature is wasteful. I wish it were motion activated. But the way the light feature works is that it is either on all the time or off all the time. If they could tweak those issues, I think this would easily be the best fridge I could ask for.

Capacity, shelving options and quality were all as good as advertised. Like it a lot so far.

This is the third Eurocave we have ordered from Wine Enthusiast. The shelves in all three arrived in disarray at the bottom of the cooler, having fallen during transport. This time around none were broken, but the first shipment we had to have several shelves replaced. Don't understand why they cant put all the shelves in the bottom of the unit tied together so they can't move. Trying to send the coolers with shelves in place isn't working.

I owned three of the previous Eurocave model in this price point (EuroCave Comfort 1-Temp 260) and one of them bit the dust after 20 years of service. I chose this model to replace it. This unit is larger than the previous model and fits more bottles. I've got about 145 bottles in there right now using 8 sliding shelves with 12 bottles each and the rest dedicated to stacked bottles. Quality seems high. It's quite quiet, seems well built, and I like the LED control panel better than the old LCD one. However, the shelving leaves has some issues. As you can see in the product manual, the shelves are wood on wood rather than on rollers, with a wooden "peg" that you put in to keep it from pulling out too far. It works but it just doesn't come off as the type of quality you expect at the price point that Eurocave sells for. That said, this issue is more "feel" that a practical issue. That portion seems to work fine. The real problem is the shelves only come out about halfway, versus 75% on the previous model. Therefore, you cannot see what bottles the back row of the shelf even when you pull it out... and you have to take bottles in the front portion of the shelf out of the way to even get bottles into the back row. I've added a picture here to illustrate it. I knew they were different and didn't come out as far but I didn't realize what a pain they would be to use in practice. If I was choosing to buy for bulk storage, I'd choose this unit... but if you're going to use the pull-out shelving and be accessing wines on a daily basis, I'd consider spending more for a unit with better shelving.
