“I have had problems with temperature control from day one. I have had problems with the locking mechanism as well as the seal between the door and the cabinet. My biggest complaint however is the absolutely terrible service I have received from the Wine Enthusiast. Emails and phone calls go unreturned. Calls to customer service result in extremely long hold times yet calls to the sales department are answered almost immediately. I am returning my wine cabinet and will buy elsewhere, even if it means paying more. In a nutshell, buyer beware with this company - buy elsewhere!!!”

“I have contacted, called, numerous times in regards to the temperature not reaching the desired level. I have been transferred, put on hold, and promised call backs. I even sent pictures for the technician to review. No response. Also when the refrigeration engages, the power dims in that part of the house. If I don’t get this resolved soon, I am going to call Amex and reverse the $4,400 payment. Charles Allen 630-605-1815”

“The process of ordering, receiving and installing the Eurocave 259 went without a hitch. We were kept informed of the shipping process each step of the way and the unit was delivered promptly. Unit functioned perfectly and we now have a beautiful addition to our wine room!”

“Compressor is non-functional. Perhaps this could be repaired but I cannot find anyone to come out to fix it. My warranty period is over so my options are very limited. I'd give the unit a 5 star rating but since it's now dead and cannot be repaired I knocked it down to 3.”
