“We have our cooler set at 45F for whites and 62F for reds. We live in Florida. We've noticed unsightly condensation on th lower OUTSIDE of the cooler which we did not have on our previous WE cooler.”

“Overall just OK. I deducted one star for the product arriving with a damaged hinge causing the door not to be flush when closed (I saw another reviewer here with the same issue and fixed the alignment by adding several washers) Another star taken off for general quality. It’s not bad, but it’s not special, and I wish I had splurged a little more for a better quality product. All of this being said, it will get the job done for now.”

“Very happy with my purchase. Wine Cooler functions as intended. Temperature adjustment for each zone is easy and keeps wine at desired temp. The temperature adjustment tends to fluctuate slightly but not an issue.”

“I’m not sure anyone works at this company. Called from the start that the bottom part will not reach set temp. Set at 61. Temp display stays around mid 50s. Called and called and called. Finally got someone. Did the troubleshooting steps that were never going to work and same issue. Spent over 24hours on “hold”. No one ever picked up. You’re probably blocked once you call for a technical issue. Text and call back is useless. My last WE cooler lasted 15 days. This doesn’t hold temp day one and I’m stuck with this $500 brick”
