“The worm is great. However, the customer order cycle time leaves much to be desired. 5-10 days is reasonable. 4 plus months is not.”

“The Legacy Corkscrew Worm worked well when first got Legacy wine opener, but after opening several bottles the Corckscrew Worm jammed and was destroyed. Replaced with a new one and jamming continues. Will not be replacing again because of high shipping cost!”

“Loved the legacy corkscrew but stopped working one day. Great attentive customer service and some replacement parts had me up and going and in love all over again. Stop with the throw away openers, buy a legacy for life and great customer service and support from Wine Enthusiast. Very happy!”

“The package arrived on time as ordered. When opening the corkscrew I saw that the problem was NOT the worm. I returned it by regular mail and I am still expecting my refund.”
