“Came super quick and correct order. But the box it was shipped in could have fit 1000 of them. Almost thought i received an empty box. Recommend as replacement part. Easy enough to fix if you follow directions”

“I followed other people's ideas and purchased two, shipping is the same. One worm was neatly rolled in tissue inside its ziplock bag. The second worm came in an empty ziplock bag! Yeah automation! Called customer service, out of stock. Supposed to get number two in 3 weeks. There are no instructions, so be careful disassembling and putting back together. Not much help on line either. It does work, but I no longer use it daily. Don't want to change this every 7 months.”
